Fried Potatoes And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium Irish potatoes, peeled and cut in medium pieces
    1 medium or large onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cover and fry potatoes in small amount of Wesson oil until tender.
    Just before they start to brown, add the diced onion. Cover and leave covered for about 5 minutes.
    Then uncover;
    turn heat up to lightly brown potatoes and onion.
