24 Hour Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. mustard seed
red or green pepper, chopped, for color (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and refrigerate at least 24 hours before using.
Keeps well in refrigerator for at least two weeks.
