Baked Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. round steak
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    onion
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Cut meat into serving size pieces.
    Roll pieces in flour.
    Fry in vegetable oil in pan until brown.
    Season with salt and pepper. Put meat in small roaster.
    Add flour to drippings in frypan to make gravy.
    Add water if not right consistency.
    Pour gravy over the meat pieces in the roaster.
    Slice 1 large onion and place in roaster.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours and then serve.
