Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 pinch salt
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 9-inch pie shell, uncooked
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 25 minutes.
    Allow to cool 5 minutes.
    To serve, cut with a pointed knife.
