Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked raisins
1 large lump butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
2 heaping Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Put raisins in a small pan and cover with water.
Let boil slow for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Mix sugar and flour together; then add to other mixture, adding buttermilk last.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Needs to cook slow so you may want to reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
