Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh crabmeat
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    3 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill
    2 Tbsp. chopped scallions
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Flake crabmeat into large bowl.
    Add bread crumbs, lime juice, egg, Worcestershire, dill and scallions.
    Mix well.
    Shape into eight patties.
    Refrigerate 30 minutes, until firm.
    Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
    Cook patties 4 to 5 minutes on each side, until browned.
    Serve with lime wedges.
