Tex Mex Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless pork chops (3/4-inch thick)
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. salsa (chunky)
    1 c. (4 oz.) diced green chiles (undrained)
Preparation
    Brown chops in large skillet in oil over medium heat, approximately 5 minutes.
    Turn chops; add salsa and chiles. Lower heat; cover and simmer gently 8 to 10 minutes.
    Serves 4.
