Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
    1 small can cream-style corn
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. or 2 pods sweet pepper
    1 c. sweet milk
    1/2 c. oil
    hot pepper to suit taste (1/2 tsp. cayenne)
Preparation
    Mix together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
    I use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
