Gau (Chinese Mochi Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. Mochiko flour (need 2 boxes; 1 box holds 3 1/4 c.)
    3 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. coconut milk, thawed (12 oz. can frozen)
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 to 3 Tbsp. sesame seed

Preparation
    Combine Mochiko, sugar and baking soda.
    Add coconut milk and water.
    Mix well.
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
    Pour batter into a greased pan and top with sesame seed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
    Cool and cut into squares.
