Pineapple-Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1 large can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1/4 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla or maple extract
Preparation
    Mix ingredients; beat 3 minutes.
    Pour into lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
