Gluten Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. gluten flour
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. soy flour
    3 Tbsp. brewer's yeast flakes
    1 Tbsp. Accent (optional)
    1 2/3 c. water
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Gradually mix liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and knead dough.
    Roll half at a time on board on wet surface.
    Slice off 1/2-inch at a time.
    Keep your hands wet and press slices flat.
    Drop one at a time into broth and cook 25 minutes.
    Keep cover on and stir once in awhile.
