Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. soft butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1 egg, well beaten
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 green pepper
1 qt. sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. oregano
12 oz. Mozzarella
Preparation

Cook spaghetti and drain.
In large bowl mix butter, salt, Parmesan, pepper and egg.
Add spaghetti and toss.
Spread evenly in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Brown meat adding onion, green pepper and garlic.
Drain off fat.
Stir in sauce, sugar and oregano.
Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti layer.
Top with meat mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella.
Bake another 10 minutes.
