Ham And Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices buttered, cubed bread
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    4 well beaten eggs
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    2 c. cubed ham
Preparation
    Mix together eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt and mushrooms. Grease a casserole dish.
    Alternate layers of bread, cheese and ham.
    Pour milk and egg mixture over and let stand overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
