Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. celery leaves
    2 sprigs parsley
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and sliced
    1 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Blend onion, celery leaves, parsley, flour, butter, salt, pepper and milk in blender.
    Arrange potato slices in a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour mixture over potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
