Low Fat Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. canola oil
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Sift flour & salt.
Combine in measuring cup the oil and water.
Beat with fork or wisk until thick and creamy.
Pour over flour all at once.
Toss and cut with fork until blended.
Form into ball.
Save 1/4 of crust.
Roll out 3/4 until it fits your pie pan.
Place in pan and prick with fork.
Flute edges.
Roll remaining crust and cut into leaf shapes for top of pie.
