Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. apples, peeled and chopped
1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1 (8-inch) pastry crust
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour in unbaked crust.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Put pie in and reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
Bake until apples are tender, 40 to 50 minutes.
