Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    6 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown sausage in heavy skillet; crumble and drain. Beat eggs; mix in milk, salt and mustard. Break bread into small pieces. Stir into egg mixture. Fold in cheese and sausage. Pour mixture into 9 x 13 Pyrex that has been buttered. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
