Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 oz. flour
    2 oz. rice flour or ground rice
    pinch of salt
    a few drops vanilla essence
    4 oz. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients until they form a dough.
    Roll out to 1/4-inch thick; cut into squares.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Leave in pan to cool for a few minutes before moving to a cooling tray.
    Dust with extra fine sugar.
