Company Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
4 1 oz. slices cooked ham, cut in half
4 1 oz. slices Swiss cheese, cut in half
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
vegetable oil
Preparation

Place each piece of chicken between two pieces of wax paper and flatten to 1/4 inch using rolling pin or meat mallet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
