Russian Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 c. tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. cooked, shredded cabbage
1/2 c. buttered whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in butter until slightly brown. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Put half of cabbage in greased casserole.
Alternate layers with tomato mixture.
Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
