Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wild rice
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    2 Tbsp. low-salt soy sauce
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mushrooms (with juice)
    1 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Cook wild rice in as little water as possible, until tender. Brown beef and onion; drain well.
    Blend all ingredients except almonds.
    Bake in greased casserole at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
