Steamed Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Place butter and lemon juice in a 10 x 6 x 1 3/4-inch baking dish.
    Microwave on High for 30 to 45 seconds until melted. Arrange fish pieces, thickest end towards outside.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 the salt, pepper and paprika.
    Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on High for 8 minutes.
    Halfway through, turn fish and sprinkle with other half of salt, pepper and paprika.
