Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    4 egg whites
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Boil together water, vinegar and sugar until it spins a thread.
    Pour slowly over stiffly beaten egg whites and beat until creamy.
    Add lemon juice.
