Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 large McIntosh apples
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Peel and cut apples into small slices or small chunks. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
Pour half of batter into a greased tube pan.
Place half of apple mixture over it, then pour in remaining batter.
Top with remaining apple mixture.
Bake for 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0.
