Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. pumpkin (canned)
2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Cream together first 4 ingredients.
Sift together next 4 ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture and then add vanilla.
Mix all ingredients well.
Bake in a greased 9 x 12-inch pan for 45 to 55 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Can be baked in two 9-inch pans for 30 to 35 minutes.
Cool and ice.
