Halusky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, grated
    1 large onion, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
    margarine
    16 oz. Kluski noodles or any noodle of your choice
    oil (for cooking)
Preparation
    Fry cabbage in oil until cabbage cooks down and starts to brown. Season to taste while cooking. Garlic powder can be added, if desired. Saute onion in margarine. Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain. Add onions and cabbage. Mix gently. Serve with sour cream, if desired. Flavor enhances as stored. Freezes well.
