Swiss Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. green onion
1 c. sour cream
3 cans French green beans, drained
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Melt 2 tablespoons butter, stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion.
Add sour cream gradually, stirring constantly.
Cook until thick.
Fold in drained beans and heat.
Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch baking dish; cover with cheese.
Combine cornflake crumbs and melted butter, sprinkle over cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cool 20 minutes.
Serves 8.
