Tortilla Stack-Ups(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 flour tortillas (8-inch)
    3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 1/4 c. finely sliced onions
    1 c. chopped green chilies
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    salsa and sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Lightly butter two 8-inch cake or pie pans.
    Place 1 tortilla in each pan.
    Combine cheeses in bowl. Sprinkle 1/4 of cheese mixture on each tortilla.
    Sprinkle 1/4 of onions and chiles on each cheese layer.
    Repeat cheese and onion-chili layers until there are 4 layers in each pan.
    Top with fifth tortilla.
    Brush tops with melted butter.
    Bake stacks, uncovered, in oven for 20 minutes.
    Let cool 5 minutes.
    Slice into wedges.
    Serve with salsa and sour cream.
