Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 can crushed pineapple plus juice
4 or 5 oz. evaporated milk
4 c. bread crumbs (Pepperidge Farm white bread is best)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients gently until bread crumbs are well coated. Place mixture in greased 9 x 10-inch or 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let cool or serve slightly warm.
