Tuna Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 eggs
1 1/2 c. half and half
1 tsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
2 (12 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/3 c. sliced green onion
1 1/2 c. shredded Jack and Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add half and half.
Mix in horseradish, lemon juice, salt and basil.
Stir in tuna, peas, water chestnuts, green onion, Jack cheese and 1 cup Cheddar.
Pour mixture into greased 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan.
Top with remaining Cheddar.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife comes clean.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Serve.
Serves 12 to 18 or 60 hors d'oeuvres.
