Hot Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    2 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. drained canned crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin pan cups. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and butter.
    Prepare biscuit mix.
    Fill muffin cups two-thirds full.
    Make depression in each muffin; in it, place 1 teaspoon brown sugar mixture.
    Top each muffin with 1 teaspoon drained pineapple.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until browned and done.
    Makes 12.
