Hot Chicken Salad(Recipe From Club Luncheons) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken or turkey, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice (use 1/2 c. Uncle Ben's)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    3/4 c. mayonnaise (I use Miracle Whip)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. crushed potato chips
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bake 5 to 10 minutes more (until cheese is melted, but no longer!).
