Lemon Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs green beans, washed and trimmed
1 tsp salt
1/4 C butter
1 Tbsp grated lemon zest
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Preparation

Place green beans in a large saucepan and add just enough water to cover, add salt and bring to a boil.
Cook for about 5 minutes and remove from pan.
