Crusty Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut in pieces
1 egg
1/4 c. milk or half and half
1 c. instant potato flakes
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Cut chicken into pieces; wash and trim excess fat.
Pat dry. Beat egg and milk together in bowl.
In separate bowl, combine potato flakes, garlic salt, paprika, poultry seasoning and cheese.
