Hot Virginia Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. diced green peppers
2 Tbsp. diced onion
1 Tbsp. milk
1 jar dried beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Combine first seven ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Place in baking dish. Saute margarine and pecans for 1 to 2 minutes. Spread this mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or microwave on full power for 4 minutes.
It's exceptionally good with bread sticks.
