Sausage And Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced thin
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. bell pepper, chopped fine
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Separate rolls into 2 large rectangles. Place in 13 x 9-inch pan (ungreased).
    Press over bottom and up sides (1/2 inch) to form crust.
    Seal perforations.
    Place sausage on crust; add bell pepper.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Beat milk, eggs, oregano, salt, black pepper and pour over cheese.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
