Quick Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Blend sugar and cocoa into mixing bowl. Place milk and margarine into bowl. Do not mix the milk and margarine. Microwave on High for 2 minutes. Stir to mix well. Add vanilla and nuts. Stir until blended. Pour into greased container. Place in freezer for 20 minutes or in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut and serve.
