Easy Beef Strips(Serve Over Rice Or Noodles.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tender cut steak or roast
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Lawry's lemon-pepper seasoning
    cooked rice or noodles
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown the meat in oil, stirring frequently.
    Cut meat into finger strips.
    Add tomato sauce and lemon-pepper seasoning to taste.
    Bring to a gentle boil; reduce heat and simmer about 5 to 10 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
