Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. pecans
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line 18 muffin cups with paper baking cups. In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, egg and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Mix well.
    Stir in chocolate chips and set aside.
    In large bowl mix flour, 1 cup sugar and cocoa.
    Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.
    Fill paper cups 1/2 full.
    Top each with 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture and pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until cream cheese is light golden brown.
    Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
    Store in refrigerator.
