Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage (mild or hot)
10 oz. Bisquick
10 oz. sharp Cheddar (needs to be shredded)
Preparation

Let sausage stand at room temperature in bowl for 2 hours. Add Bisquick; mix well.
Mix in cheese.
Shape into small balls and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
Remove to cool.
Makes about 60.
