Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. corn meal mix
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. corn (whole kernel)
    2 1/2 c. yellow sharp cheese
    1 large onion, grated
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 small can chilies or jalapenos
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Put mix and milk in bowl; add eggs.
    Then add corn, cheese, pepper and onion.
    Heat oil; add to mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour in heated pan.
    Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    (This freezes well.)
