Chocolate Crunch Bars(Reduced Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. corn syrup
    3 oz. ready to eat oven toasted rice cereal
Preparation
    Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a double boiler, combine 4 ounces of the chocolate, the margarine and corn syrup.
    Cook over hot water until melted and smooth.
    Add cereal; stir to coat.
    Press mixture into prepared pan; cover and refrigerate until firm.
    In top of double boiler, melt remaining 4 ounces of chocolate; spread over cereal mixture. Cover and refrigerate until firm.
    Cut into 16 equal portions.
