Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes chopped frozen spinach
1/2 chopped onion
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 tsp. heaping horseradish
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Thaw spinach and drain well.
Add celery, onion and chopped eggs to spinach.
In smaller bowl, put mayonnaise, horseradish, vinegar, Tabasco sauce and salt.
Mix well.
Pour over spinach mixture.
Add cheese and mix well.
Best if made day before using.
