Eggplant And Squash Casserole(Makes Small Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    steamed eggplant or squash, chopped, but not too fine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    crumbled cornflakes
Preparation
    Steam vegetable.
    In casserole dish, spread eggplant or squash. Sprinkle with black pepper.
    Sprinkle crumbled cornflakes over vegetable.
    Add grated cheese.
    Spreads undiluted mushroom soup. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    No salt!
