Quick Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round beef
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 onion, sliced
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    hot cooked noodles
    poppy seed
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in oil; add onion and cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Combine sour cream, soup, catsup and Worcestershire sauce; add to ground beef.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thoroughly heated.
    Serve over noodles sprinkled with poppy seed.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
