Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black beans
    8 c. water
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 onions
    2 green peppers
    4 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 c. green olives
    1 tsp. salt
    sour cream or yogurt (on top)
    1 lemon, juiced
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in oil. Add spices and beans; simmer for 20 minutes. Add olives last and top with sour cream.
