Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. grated carrots
    5 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine everything but the nuts; beat 2 minutes.
    Add nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
