Stuffed Spaghetti Squash(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) spaghetti squash
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    To Cook Squash:
    Using an ice pick, make 8 holes in squash in intervals around it.
    Weigh squash to determine microwave time at 6 to 7 minutes per pound.
    Place squash in a 2-quart rectangular dish. Microwave on High, turning squash upside down midway through cooking.
    Let stand.
