Gypsy Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. unpeeled cubed potatoes
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Brown and crumble beef; pour off excess grease.
    Add potatoes and onion.
    Add water to just cover ingredients.
    Add spices to taste.
    Simmer over low heat until potatoes are done.
    Can be done in a crock-pot.
