Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 c. water
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. chicken-flavored bouillon
    2 tsp. chives
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. sliced carrots
    1/4 c. broccoli flowerets
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onion and water in saucepan.
    Bring to boil; cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add carrots and broccoli; simmer 8 more minutes.
    Add milk and spices.
    Serves 6.
